Our Commitment
At 30mm Design, every product is built with precision and purpose. We stand behind our workmanship and want you to have complete confidence in your purchase.
Warranty Coverage
All 30mm Design products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises during this period, we will—at our discretion—repair or replace the product.
Covered Under Warranty
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural or functional failures during normal use
- Issues that occur under intended operating conditions
Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme or unintended conditions
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, email Support@30mmDesign.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the problem
We’ll review your claim promptly and determine the appropriate next step.
Limitations
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser
- Warranty is non‑transferable
